It is estimated that totally 168 individuals (at least 30% female) consisting of (14 judges, 14 prosecutors, 7 lawyers and 7 judicial police officials in each province. Totally 42 persons in one province) will directly benefit from the project, while the indirect beneficiaries will be the entire population of Baghlan, Jawzjan, Knuduz and Samangan provinces
