ORGANIZATIONS’ STRUCTURE:
AHRO
has two main functional units of 1)Program Support and 2) Program

Administration/Finance;
B. Human Resource;
C. Logistics;
D. Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E)
A. Administration/Finance:
This
department deals with the administrative and financial issues
of the organization. Transparency is the key element of AHRO’s
financial system. AHRO has experienced financial and administration
staff who keeps the system and the records at a very professional
and standard manner.
B. Human Resource:
The
Human Resources (HR) function provides significant support and
advice to line management. The attraction, retention and development
of high caliber people are a source of competitive advantage
for AHRO and are the responsibility of HR.
C.
Logistics:
Logistics
in AHRO covers planning framework for the management of material,
maintaining, information and capital flows. It includes the
increasingly complex information, inventories, communication
and control systems for all assets held by AHRO.
D.
Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E):
AHRO
ensures the quality of its programmes and projects through regular
monitoring, evaluation, audit and other oversight activities
by sending its key specialists to visit field offices on regular
basis. PM&E promotes the involvement of wide range AHRO
personnel, employing methods that allow a more equal opportunity
for the expression of views and sharing of lessons.
